Stress-free damages

We use high-quality honeycomb board to ensure compression, durability, and stability, effectively safeguarding the glass and electronic components during transit. However, there are rare occasions when items become damaged during transit. As such we ask that you open the box and inspect the mirror once you receive it. Any damage to the mirror must be reported via our email ( within 48 hours of receiving the mirror, please include a photo and (or) video of the damage to the mirror in your email. We will get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
