Product Inspection & Transit Damage

We take great care in protecting your mirror by packaging it with high-quality honeycomb board to provide superior compression resistance, durability, and stability during transit.

While damage in transit is rare, we kindly ask that you inspect your mirror immediately upon delivery or pickup.

If your mirror arrives damaged, please email us at info@invoguemirrors.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo and/or video of the damage

  • Your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
