Where in the wall should the electrician prepare the wiring?
Wiring should be prepared at the centre of where the mirror will be mounted, at a height suitable for your mirror model. Check the product installation guide for exact dimensions.
Is the mirror IP44 rated?

How do I connect Bluetooth?
Enable Bluetooth on your device, then follow the pairing instructions in your mirror's user manual. Typically you hold the Bluetooth button on the mirror until it enters pairing mode.
How high above the basin should an LED mirror or Cabinet be mounted?
Leave 100–200 mm between the top of the tap (or splashback) and the bottom of the mirror or cabinet, never less than 100 mm. The installation guide for your model shows its recommended mounting height.
Do I need to unbox my mirror straight away?
Please unbox and check your mirror within 48 hours of delivery, so any transit damage can be reported in time. Store it in a dry place and keep the packaging until installation is complete, in case you need to return or move the product.
