If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item you can return the item and request a refund via our email info@invoguemirros.com.au
The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unused, undamaged, and have all of its original packaging.
For change of mind returns, customers must pay the original postage plus the return postage and the associated credit card/merchant fee. 10% of the return item value (re-stocking fee) will also be applicable.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was used to place the order.
Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund you the amount you paid minus the total postage cost, credit card fee and the restocking fee.
