If your mirror or cabinet develops a fault covered by this warranty, we’ll send you a new one.
Keeping your warranty valid
- It’s installed by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000, following the installation guide for your model.
- It’s used indoors, in a home.
- It’s cleaned with a soft microfibre cloth and water or mild soapy water, then dried. No abrasive cleaners, chemical sprays or steam cleaners: they attack the mirror backing and the demister film.
- The claim comes from the original purchaser, with proof of purchase.
Not covered
- Misuse, or damage during installation.
- Damage from the cleaning products or methods listed above.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consequential loss.
Making a claim
- Email info@invoguemirrors.com.au with your order number.
- Send a few photos or a short video of the fault, and tell us what’s happening.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days and take it from there. If we need the mirror or a part back, we cover the return shipping on approved claims.
