Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping New Zealand-wide on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch:
Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs): Average 2–5 business days.
Regional & Rural areas: 3–7 business days, depending on your exact location.
Shipping Carriers
Smaller items are shipped via New Zealand Post.
Larger items are shipped via our trusted freight partners.
All standard products are delivered directly to the address you provide at checkout.
Tracking & Urgent Orders
You will receive tracking details by email upon dispatch. For urgent orders, please contact us immediately after ordering and we will endeavour to prioritise your order.
Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all protective films and labelling intact.

Personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-returnable (unless faulty).
Return Costs & Restocking Fee

You are responsible for both the original shipping costs and return shipping costs.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

Merchant processing fees (e.g. credit card or payment gateway fees) are non-refundable.
How to Return

Contact our customer care team at info@invoguemirrors.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

Await approval and return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable service (at your expense).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee and any non-refundable merchant processing fees. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at info@invoguemirrors.co.nz with a short video clip clearly showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping where applicable) at no cost to you.
