Brushed Nickel on a bottle trap
A chrome waste under a nickel tap looks like a mismatch once you notice it. Brushed Nickel is a soft grey with a slight warmth, less bright than Chrome, so getting the waste in the same finish keeps the basin consistent.
Clean it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry it. Keep acid, chlorine and abrasive cleaners off it. Install it following the instructions supplied. The warranty is 15 years on the body, 7 years on moving parts, 3 years on the finish and 2 years on washers and seals.
Pair it with the Lisbon pop-up waste and a Vienna or Milano tap, all in Brushed Nickel. On a wall-hung basin the trap is on show, so it’s worth matching.
