The mirror is stunning and works beautifully in our powder room. However was disappointed when I emailed the company regarding shipping and didn’t receive a response.

Read more about the Valencia
The Valencia oval LED mirror is a tall 600 x 1000 mm oval with straight sides and rounded ends, the pill shape that adds height without extra width. A pencil-thin stainless steel frame in Brushed Brass traces the edge as a fine outline. Brushed Brass is a soft, warm gold with a fine brushed texture rather than a high shine. Also available in Antique Brass, Brushed Nickel and Matte Black.
As a backlit smart mirror, the Valencia casts a soft halo onto the wall around the frame. Tune the high-CRI light from warm 2700K for relaxed evenings to cool 6500K for grooming, then use stepless dimming to set it just right for the moment.
An integrated demister keeps this oval bathroom mirror clear after a hot shower; touch it on and it switches itself off after an hour. Copper-free glass, 50,000-hour LEDs and an IP44 rating make it a framed bathroom mirror built for humid Australian bathrooms.
Bluetooth audio is built in, with two speakers for music or podcasts while you get ready, and three touch buttons on the glass control the light, demister and Bluetooth.

- 1
Hidden fixings, everything in the box
The mirror mounts on concealed brackets that fix into studs, noggins or masonry, so nothing shows once it’s up. All the fixings are supplied. Allow two people to lift it into place.
- 2
Connected by a licensed electrician
It’s hardwired: the electrician connects the supply lead behind the mirror.
- 3
Delivered safely, or replaced
Check it when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email photos within 48 hours and we’ll send a replacement.
Questions about the Valencia
How high should it hang above my tap?
Leave 100–200 mm between the top of the tap (or splashback) and the bottom of the mirror, and never less than 100 mm. Settle the height before your licensed electrician runs the cable, because the supply sits behind the mirror.
How does the anti-fog work?
An anti-fog pad behind the glass gently warms it, so it stays clear after a hot shower. The demister has its own touch button and switches itself off after an hour. Turn it on before you shower for the clearest result.
Is it safe in a bathroom?
Yes. It’s rated IP44, which means it’s protected against splashing water, and it’s RCM compliant. Because it’s hardwired, a licensed electrician installs it and confirms the bathroom zone and RCD protection under AS/NZS 3000. The zones depend on where your bath, shower and screens are.
Where should the electrician leave the cable?
There’s no plug — it’s hardwired. Your licensed electrician leaves the supply on the wall behind the mirror, near the centre of where it will hang; the mirror’s own cable is pre-attached and comes out of the back. If you’re renovating, decide this before the wall is sheeted or tiled.
How do I connect Bluetooth?
Press the Bluetooth button, then choose “Invogue Mirrors” in your phone’s Bluetooth list. The range is up to 10 metres.
What size suits my vanity?
We generally recommend the largest size that's no wider than your vanity. When in doubt, size up, if the space allows it; if a side wall, tiles or the door make it tight, go one size down. Use ‘Check it fits your vanity’ above: enter your vanity width and it picks the largest size that fits.
Can I change the light colour and brightness?
Yes: warm, neutral or cool white, and you can dim it. The light has a CRI above 90, so skin tones look natural.
Can it go on plasterboard or tiles?
Yes, as long as the fixings go into something solid: the studs or noggins behind plasterboard, or the masonry behind tiles. Plasterboard alone won’t hold it. All the fixings are in the box.
Do I need an electrician, or can I plug it in?
You need a licensed electrician. It’s hardwired to a 220–240 V supply, so there’s no plug.
How fast will it arrive?
In-stock orders leave us within 1–2 business days, and delivery is free. The delivery line beside Add to cart shows when yours should arrive, and whether a large size is collected from a depot.
If I turn it off at the wall switch, does it come back on by itself?
Yes. When the power comes back on, the light comes back on by itself, with the colour and brightness you last used.
What’s the warranty?
2 years, including the LED lighting and electrical parts, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Full warranty details
